High Court Chancery List Monday 13 May 2024

In view of the fact that there is only one motion Monday in term between Monday 29th April and Monday 10th June, there will, on an exceptional basis, be a double motion list on Monday 13th May 2024 for the Chancery 1 Motions List in the High Court.

The Chancery 1 Motions list will contain a higher number of Motions than usual and the list will be split across two courts.

Details regarding both courts will be notified in the Legal Diary in the usual way.

Parties should check the lists for both courts in respect of motions listed in the Chancery 1 Motion List on 13th May 2024.

Each court will be sitting on a hybrid basis using the assigned Judge’s VMR code.

Note: Ex parte applications should be moved in Court 3 in the usual manner.
